These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of services provided by StorageHack LLC (“StorageHack”, “we”, “our”, or “us”), including our website design and hosting services and facility optimization plans. By using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

 

1. Services Overview

StorageHack LLC provides the following services:

 

a. Website Design and Hosting
We design and host websites using the Wix platform, tailored to your facility’s brand and needs.

 

b. Facility Optimization Plans

  • Complete Virtual Facility Management: Includes tenant communications, administrative tasks, reporting, and more.

  • Advanced Visibility: Includes social media management (3 posts/week on 2 accounts), SEO for web and GMB, and a $50 monthly Google Ads voucher.

  • Basic Visibility: Includes social media management (3 posts/week on 1 account) and SEO support for web and GMB.

c. Paid Advertising Services

StorageHack LLC offers paid advertising services to enhance your facility’s visibility. These services are subject to the following terms:

 

1. Google Ads Management
Clients choosing to run Google Ads through StorageHack LLC will be charged a 25% management fee based on the total monthly ad budget.

  • For example, if your ad budget is $100, your total payment would be $125 ($100 to Google Ads and $25 as our management fee).

  • The ad budget is set by the client and must be approved in advance.

  • Google Ads are billed separately from management fees.

  • We manage and optimize ad campaigns using industry best practices, but results are not guaranteed, including leads or conversions.

 

2. Social Media Advertising (e.g., Facebook, Instagram)
Clients who want to run social media ads will be charged a flat fee of $25 per campaign. This covers ad setup, content creation, ad copywriting, and campaign personalization.

  • Clients are responsible for the actual ad spend, paid directly to the platform.

  • For example, if a client wants to spend $75 on a Facebook ad, the total amount due to StorageHack LLC would be $100 ($75 for the ad spend, $25 for campaign setup and management).

 

3. Client Responsibilities & Approvals

  • All paid ad campaigns require written approval of the budget and ad content prior to launch.

  • Clients must provide accurate billing and payment methods before the campaign starts.

  • Failure to provide timely approvals or payments may result in a delay, pause, or cancellation of the campaign.

 

4. Performance and Tracking

  • While StorageHack LLC does not guarantee any specific number of clicks, conversions, tenant sign-ups, or revenue, we track all available metrics to inform and improve future campaign strategies.

  • Clients will receive regular performance summaries when available, depending on the platform’s data reporting features.

 

2. Billing & Payment

  • All plans are billed on the 1st of each month.

  • If you begin services mid-month, your first month will be pro-rated based on the start date.

  • You have a 3-day grace period for late or missed payments. After that, a $50 late fee will be applied.

  • Failure to pay within 7 days after the due date may result in temporary suspension of services until the account is settled.

 

3. Service Limitations and Guarantees

  • StorageHack LLC does not guarantee a specific increase in revenue or a certain number of new tenants per month.

  • We do guarantee consistent efforts to increase your local traffic every month through targeted visibility and marketing strategies.

  • Our performance depends on several factors, including your facility's condition, pricing, customer service, and market conditions.

 

4. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide timely and accurate information as requested for service delivery.

  • Maintain up-to-date payment details.

  • Respond to communications to ensure we can effectively deliver your services.

  • Use our services in compliance with all applicable laws.

 

5. Intellectual Property

All content we create for you (including designs, social posts, and SEO content) remains the property of StorageHack LLC until full payment for that billing cycle is received. After full payment, you are granted a license to use the content for your facility’s operations.

 

6. Termination

You may cancel services at any time with 7 days' notice before the next billing cycle. We may terminate services for non-payment, abuse, or any violation of these Terms. No refunds will be issued for partial months after services begin.

 

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, StorageHack LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of revenue or data. Our total liability for any claim related to our services will not exceed the total amount you paid us in the past 30 days.

 

8. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be posted on our website and take effect immediately. Your continued use of services constitutes agreement to the new Terms.
